I have had Tim out a couple times now and both times he over delivered. He cleaned up the entire front facade of my house and made it look like new after a decade of dirt and mold build up on the exterior stone. His work was top notch and professional. I had him back again to take care of our back patio. If you need your driveway, patio, or stone cleaned, please take my recommendation and do yourself a favor and give Tim Gonzales a call. I hired Tim to pressure wash a driveway, walkway, front porch and full house. We’ve lived in the house almost 5 years and have never had it done, so it was pretty bad. Tim was wonderful to work with. We initially set up a call, he came to our house and gave a free estimate, we agreed on a date for the job, then Tim sent a reminder out a few days before. I was so pleased with how the house and concrete looked. It looked like new. I loved how easy he was to work with and communicate with. I highly recommend.

Tim was very responsive to my online inquiry. He came the next day and provided an estimate. We didn't want just anyone to clean the stone on the front of our house. He set the expectation that it was so far gone, it might not come off completely. He is clearly a perfectionist in his work and has our stone looking brand new again! He was easy to work with and reasonably priced. He exceeded our expectations!

This was our first time using Silverback. Tim (owner) was incredible. I've spoken to 4 other power wash companies before Silverback and he was the only one that wanted to actually see the property, while the others relied on Google Earth for their proposals- which seemed very inadequate.
Silverback exceeded our expectations and we are looking to continue to use them for all of our power washing and all future issues.
Tim was a true pro and perfectionist and we are very lucky to have met him.
