When you call or email our office with your name, phone number and address you will receive a FREE window cleaning estimate within 48 hrs. Please be patient with us during peak season if your estimate takes a little longer. Now, you do not necessarily need to be home as long as we can walk around the outside of your house.
You will be given a one hour arrival time. Please be home and waiting for our arrival. A one or two man window cleaning crew will arrive in uniform and a company vehicle. One technician will usually start inside while the other begins work on the outside and screens. One supervisor will be present on all jobs to maintain quality and safety.

Q: How often should I get my windows cleaned? A: For residential customers, once or twice a year is usually sufficient. Commercial customers vary from monthly to quarterly. Q: What kind of soap will be used? A: We use a mild, biodegradable soap from the janitorial store. This soap is gentler than dish soap and has very few chemicals.

Steve was absolutely wonderful! On time, professional, fast and thorough! If I knew that having my windows professionally cleaned was so painless and affordable I would never done them myself. It took me an entire day and they still looked awful. When Steve was done they looked brand new! It seems to rare these days to find a company that pays attention to detail and wants to go the extra mile without charging an arm and a leg. So happy to have found Steve and Excel!

Steve did an excellent job at my home last week. He was on time, very tidy and even clean off my garage doors for me ! He paid extra attention to detail and made sure each window was done with care. I have 18 feet x 10 feet of patio pocket doors and Steve was very careful to do these by hand since they can scratch really easy. I highly recommend Excel Window Cleaning.

Steven has been cleaning our windows for 9 years. I love how beautiful my windows and screens look after he comes to our home. I actually think my house looks brighter. I use him twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring. I don't even think about trying anyone else. He does a perfect job.
