Mountain View Farm is a certified organic Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) project serving Western Massachusetts. CSA members visit the farm in Easthampton, MA at the base of beautiful Mt. Tom throughout the growing season to pick up their share of seasonally available produce as well as a wide variety of U-Pick crops.

Services
CSA is a model of agriculture that addresses the problems inherent in our modern industrialized food system by fostering a direct relationship between the farmer and the community. Members of the community purchase a 'share' of the farm's annual harvest in advance of the growing season.
Shareholders then visit the farm weekly from June until the end of October to pick up their share of the farm's weekly harvest of the freshest, highest quality produce.This unique arrangement provides the farmer with the financial stability necessary to operate in a sustainable way while offering farm shareholders the opportunity to see firsthand where the food they eat comes from as well as to get to know the folks who grow it.

Our CSA customers are provided with beautiful, fresh, local, certified organic produce every week throughout the growing season. We harvest most of the produce in your share the same day you pick it up- you can't get any fresher than that! We offer farm shares at a price that is affordable- from around $18-$32 a week depending on your share size!
Regular Farm Share is our standard size share designed to feed a family of 2-4. For those who want to make the most out of the season with canning, cooking and preserving! Farm Share Plus is larger than our Regular farm share and intended for a family who eats lots of veggies or is ideal for two families that want to split a share, it is always divisible by two.
This position is a Field Crew Position with a focus on operating tractors and 3 point implements. Tractor/Implement work consists of secondary tillage (perfecta harrowing / bed shaping / plastic laying) and also flail mowing, front end loader (forks) operation, etc. When not operating a tractor this position works with the field and ground crew performing whatever task is at hand.
Our Shares consist of a variety of certified organic vegetables, small fruits, herbs and flowers. We grow over 200 varieties of produce from Sungold Cherry Tomatoes to Sweet Slicing Cucumbers to Sweet Red Peppers and Watermelon. Every week throughout the season, you will be presented with an array of beautiful produce to choose from.

I love this place. This was my second year getting a farm share from them. It's been well worth the price both years.
It also turns produce shopping into an excellent outing with my girls. They love seeing the chickens,connecting flowers, and ask the pick-your-own options.
The farm store is great, too for turning this outing into a more rounded grocery run ... Fresh eggs, dairy, meats, and bread from Small Oven.
It's such a nice part of life in Easthampton.

We have been members of their farm share program for a long time. Ben the CSA farmer runs a spectacular operation and I have witnessed his progress with crops and equipment over the years yielding a huge variety of vegetables, herbs, flowers and berries. What a special local resource in the valley. Thanks Ben!!
