Dr. Caleb Reece was raised in the southwestern Utah town of St. George. His friends growing up were akin to the Goonies. He describes his childhood as an absolute adventure! After a two year proselytizing mission to Chile, Santiago he attended Southern Utah University. There he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
After graduation, he went for greener pastures in the land of bluegrass and race horses. The University of Louisville was where he obtained his Doctorate of Dentistry as well as his specialty training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. Reece excelled in dental school graduating Magna Cum Laude and in the top 10% of his class.

Age 7 is the perfect time for your first orthodontic exam according to the American Association of Orthodontists. Although many kids do not need braces at this time, it is an excellent opportunity to evaluate crowding, cross-bites, airway problems, excess spacing, habits. By catching dental problems early, it may prevent more expensive, longer, and complex treatment later.
Beginning at the age of 7, children can begin consulting with our Orthodontic Specialists to formulate the best plan for growing smiles. Many children have adult teeth that begin to grow in and there are already signs of misalignment. With early intervention, our team can begin to customize a plan for treatment to help your child feel confident as they grow.
The teenage years are a great time to start orthodontic treatment. During this time, orthodontics is best done during the adolescent growth spurt. This is done to maximize jaw growth and tooth movement to achieve optimal jaw and tooth alignment. We utilize the best appliances and techniques to give you the best smile possible.
At Alamo Orthodontics we treat people of all ages. As an adult, braces or Invisalign aligners are utilized to meet all of your orthodontic needs. We take care of crowded, maligned and impacted teeth. Our goal is to give you the best smile and bite possible. We understand that beautiful, attractive smiles change lives but that comfort and shortest amount of treatment time are equally important.
Braces are glued to your teeth and sometimes the glue does not adhere perfectly to your tooth and can present challenges. There are many things that can influence this but never fear-if your bracket is broken or you are experiencing any issues with your braces, we can fix it at the office at your earliest convenience.

After I got my braces off my teeth had divots so I thought I had cavities. I went to my general dentistry and he said it looked like my teeth got drilled on to much while removing the glue. So I had to get them filled anyways. Also when receiving my retainer they didn’t make sure it fit they just had me pick it up because they were about to close. It ended up not fitting and they wanted me to come back but I drove from far out of town and work the same hours, then they closed for Covid so my teeth shifted pretty quick . So those couple years, we’re pretty much for nothing the commute, the money

I am not a patient, I am a sales representative in the orthodontic industry. When I called and Cindy answered the phone she was one of the NICEST people I have ever spoken with. She seems like a truly genuine person. This is not my daughter's normal orthodontist as we live in Colorado Springs. But when she lost her bands on a visit to family this clinic was more than happy to provide her with her specific treatment bands with no questions asked. If I were residing in Alamo still, I would DEFINITELY use this orthodontist for this reason. So kind and supportive of any child going through braces! THANK YOU!!!

The staff at Alamo orthodontics is always amazing! Super friendly and explain to my daughter exactly what's going to be done making sure she is comfortable through the process. Dr Reece does exceptional work and my daughter has yet to be uncomfortable or in any extreme pain ever! Once the wire did slip and she was seen immediately when I called to let them know. I highly recommend Dr Reece's office!!

Dr Reece is my favorite dentist! He is always so nice to me and is gentle when he examines my mouth. His nurses are always so sweet to me and ask about how I am and they tell me to call right away if I ever have a problem. Dr Reece said I'm right on track. My mom is very happy with the way they are taking care of my teeth as well.

My experience with the braces was not fun but totally worth it in the end! The people who work there are really nice and I would recommend Alamo orthodontics to anyone who needs braces. The retainer was a little bit hard to put in and take out the first night but I got the hang of it really fast. I would like to thank doctor Reece and staff for the straight teeth and a restored smile. THANKS, YA’LL!!!!

Started coming to Alamo Orthodontics in 2018, and today I got my braces off! I am so glad I chose Alamo Orthodontics!
