It all began in 1891, in Cincinnati, Ohio, when H. Ward Leonard invented the electric-motor speed control system (called the Ward Leonard System) that would ultimately transform modern electrical distribution. While assessing the applications for the Ward Leonard System, an opportunity arose to serve military needs.

No cohesion whatsoever, where to begin? They won’t bother training you on how to use cranes. Which are highly dangerous, but there’s a guy that walks around and yells at you if you make a mistake. No standards for safety at all. They have a machine that spins faster then a lathe, no guards at all around the machine. took me 7 hours to get the parts to build my motor, that’s an entire day of work wasted. When you understand production and how to get things done. You’ll quickly realize that no one at ward Leonard cares at all. It’s sad because there’s potential. But no one cares.
