Anxiety is a low level fear. Anxiety often begins as stress and you are dealing with the stress and something bumps the stress level up. Anxiety is on a continuum. The person feels stressed and then one more stress is added and in many people that have a tendency to be nervous, that is the "straw that breaks the camels back".
Smoking is a habit and an addiction. So in order to stop smoking using hypnosis you must connect to the subconscious mind where all habits are stored. The addiction to nicotine is strong, but the habitual behavior associated with smoking is far stronger. If the addiction to nicotine was very strong then I would have clients with an addiction to nicotine gum or patches.

I do not usually make recommendation but Inga and Hypnosis has absolutely changed my life. I use to be a fun-loving, energetic, care-free person but have been suffering with Health Anxiety for about 2 years now. I'd be afraid to get out of bed sometimes, constantly checking heart rate, blood pressure, checking symptoms, it was controlling every aspect of my life. Hypnosis has cleared my thinking and I truly feel like myself again. I cannot recommend Inga enough.

Inga has COMPLETELY changed my life. 7 weeks ago I could barely function in society with others with crippling anxiety. Now, II am about to wrap up my very last session, I can confidently say I feel like a new person. She is amazing, kind, and genuinely has such a passion for what she does. Inga Chamberlain is amazing. I went from being afraid to swim in open water to completing 2 Ironman swims. One in a dark river and the other one in the ocean. I enjoyed every session with her and I left feeling relaxed, renewed and able to conquer my fears. If you are trying to overcome any issues I would highly recommend talking to Inga. You will be a better person afterwards.

I was a skeptic but hopeful. Inga took me to the place where I was able recognize what was causing my issue and how to take back control. Even though we did our sessions over video chat they were 100% effective and WE changed my life. Just because you aren't in Atlanta doesn't mean it won't work! I recommend Inga 5 stars and beyond!
