I highly recommend Banks glass. When our french doors were installed by other contractors, they never worked properly, even after numerous adjustments. Jon Banks took a personal interest in the dilemma. He sent out Clayton who identified the issue which others did not notice, and now the door works perfectly. Personal touch, knowledgable employees and professionalism. You can't find a better business.

I hired Banks Glass to replace all of my windows and sliding door in my home. Their residential team did an amazing job and the crew was excellent to work with. They came out to measure twice ahead of installation and all 28 windows fit perfectly, which I found very impressive. Scheduling was a few months out due to COVID, but worked well since I had another contractor doing the prep work on the stucco. The crew was very experience, on time every day, and completed the project a day early. They were very clean and paid close attention to detail. I am very pleased with the finished results and glad

I want to pass on my compliments for the great job Banks Glass did on replacing 11 of my failed windows. The installers, Matt and Thomas, were on time, courteous, and very professional. Their glazing and attention to detail was amazing. The estimators were also very good and professional. I would highly recommend Banks Glass to anyone needing window repair or installation.

I've bought windows and a shower door from Banks and over the years and have recommended numerous customers to them and I always get great feedback. Recently I spoke with Nikki there and asked her if they would cut me small pieces of glass for some picture frames I made. They cut them all and only charged me 28 dollars. The fact that a shop as busy as they are and the amount of work they do residentially and commercially, for them to do such a tiny job truly shows what they are about. The customer. There is no other glass company except Banks. Thank you!

Just had windows installed on a holiday! They arrived on time, finished as they said they would and left the home as it was before they arrived. It is greatly appreciated when a companies employees use drop cloth and take measures to make sure your home does not get dirty during installs. Highly recommend them, and will use them in the future.

We've used Banks Glass several times this year and I would highly recommend them. They installed a new Milgard window , replaced parts in other windows and sliders, and caulked some windows. The service we received was professional. The receptionist, John, Jake, and the woman who works in the service department were informative, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend them!
