Each time I have called Brian's office, either Lore' or Paloma, who answer the phone are NOT typical receptionists. They both understand my situation, and get the claim process going ASAP!! They are quick, professional, and put me through to a State Farm Claims person, so I don't have to call and go through all the dial 1 for this, dial 4 for that.....UGH. Working with them makes helps to ease my nerves at a difficult time. They are wonderful employees, and Brian should be proud to have them on his TEAM!

Since my husband died, I dont trust people, but Christopher went above & beyond:
*intelligent, quick, confident & most importantly HONEST
*well educated in the insurance world, not just State Farm
*willing to look at my comparison spreadsheet of other companies & pointed out pros & cons
*enjoyed the challenge of reviewing intricacies of coverage & what happens if a mishap happens (hopefully NEVER)
*answered all questions (phone, text, in person) as I researched companies
*gave my 20yr old son "101 Ins" course:

15 minutes is all it took for me to switch to being a State Farm customer. I worked with James Underwood who is very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with! James asked me for 15 minutes of my time in order to compare my current coverage for my car and house to see if it would be beneficial for me to stay where I'm at or make the change to State Farm. I wasn't happy with my current insurance provider so I figured why not, it's only 15 minutes.

Brian is very professional, friendly, helpful, caring, patient, understanding, polite, and overall, he cares about your needs. He is passionate about his job and will help you in every way possible. He is wonderful! You will feel 100% taken care of. The office is friendly, inviting, and everyone is welcoming and happy. Very pleasant atmosphere and it is comfortable.

Brian Budil is very helpful, friendly and concerned about what is right for you the insured. My car caught fire and the first thing he said after asking if I was alright was "Oh, she loved that car!" State Farm was easy to work with and everything from getting my vehicle towed, having it assessed, and even having it declared a total loss was quick, fair, and easy. It happened on Saturday morning and by Thursday afternoon I had a check in my hand for a fair amount. This could have been a nightmare but everything went so smoothly. I am impressed and pleased.
