Services
Yes, we embroider most items, but not all; some examples would be Shirts, Jackets, Aprons, Towels, Tote Bags, and several other Misc. Yes, you can bring in your own items, we will determine when we see them in person if they are suitable for embroidery. It generally takes 10 minutes per item, less time then it will take you to get to the mall and find a place to park.
In order for an embroidery machine to sew a logo or design, it must be converted into machine instructions. This is known as digitizing. For all embroidery jobs, this type of file is necessary. If you do not have the digitizing file (usually a.dst file), there will be a 1-time setup charge. Send us an email with your attached logo and phone number in case we have any questions about your file.

Please don’t got to this store and have your items embroidered. If you wait a couple of weeks to pick your item up they will sale it or give it to anyone!! David was very rude to my daughter and I when she went to pick up a jacket she had embroidered. He said the jacket wasn’t there and he didn’t know what happen to the jacket. I wrote a review on facebook about the service and he had the audacity to say someone else picked it up for her so he suggest we reach out to her friends. When I asked how are you going to make this right being that you are running a business he said absolutely nothing

There were supposed to be 4 words on my shirt. I picked up my shirt and there were only 3 words. Two words were combined into one even though what I had written down was 4 words. I wish I had taken a picture of what I had written on the paper to show that it was clearly marked as 4 separate words. I definitely will not be returning or recommending this location for embroidery. The lady looked like she was rushing to take my order even though there were barely people in the store.

I have been getting my bags, purses, jackets, blankets, hats and more embroidered here for years! They do great work in a short time and for a reasonable price! And you can buy stuff elsewhere and take it to them, it doesn't have to be bought from them! They have done so many Vera Bradley Bags for me or custom baby blankets for baby showers as gifts which are always a party favorite! They are the only reason I go to Four Seasons Mall!!! Seriously!!

Terrible customer service. The lady that works here is the epitome of a Karen. You’re not the only embroidery place in the triad and I’d rather pay more money to have decent customer service that to pay less and be treated poorly. Learn how to treat customers and speak to people with respect. If I could review this with 0 stars I wouldn’t hesitate. Good luck, train your employees.

Custom Caps Shirts & More performed embroidery on our business shirts. The shirts look great as the embroidery with our logo is legible while not being too big or small. The shirts have held up after numerous washings with no issue. The process was very simple and the shirts were delivered within a week. I definitely recommend and will use in the future!

Awesome experience with this shop.
I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with these guys on custom logos and lettering - primarily because they are fast, responsive, and produce great work.
Prices are mid tier and what you would expect from a shop that has mall overhead.
After reading some reviews it seems that some folks may have had a bad experience with store personnel or management. Speaking from my own experience I can say that David has gone out of his way to help me meet short deadlines with fair pricing. He seems to be a pragmatic guy, so that may be off putting for some.. but in my experience
