Ten weeks after the original closing date for a land auction, the seller's agent would not enforce the irrevocable offer to purchase and buyer's attorneys refused to close. Nothing happened until DelCotto Law Group was engaged by the seller.
Michael J. Garland, attorney for the seller, began sending emails to opposing parties regarding "breach of contract" on Tuesday after engagement and by 4pm on Wednesday the buyer's attorneys contacted the title company requesting documents and wiring instructions for closing.
