I take Medicaid, Medicare, some private insurances and private pay for outpatient diet counseling. Depending on your coverage, you may have a deductible to meet or co-pay to pay out-of-pocket. I also accept credit cards. Mountain Home Nutrition Services provides outpatient diet counseling by appointment only with Laura "Laurie" Moulton, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian.
