Pipes Miles Beckman is seeking an attorney to join its growing law firm, with a focus on commercial litigation as well as insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.The position involves engagement in complex litigation and provides genuine opportunities for professional development. A successful appeal requires, first and foremost, an attorney that can analyze the issues in a trial court record and identify the appellate issues with the best chance of success. This effort often is overlooked, yet it is often the most important part of the appellate practice. Once the appellate issues are identified, exquisite research and persuasive writing is a must, followed by the best oral advocacy.

Our trial lawyers handle commercial cases involving breach of contract, fraud, non-compete and non-solicitation disputes, trade secrets, alleged unfair trade practices, defamation, professional liability and other business disputes. We've been on both sides. We've recovered damages for breach of contract, prosecuted defamation cases, and defeated attempts to enforce non-solicitation and non-competition agreements.
