Shop around as much as you want - just make this the last place on your list because you will not be disappointed! From management to ownership to staff - they are top notch. Know what you want? The owner and staff at Ol'Red's are amazing, helpful, and courteous. As a woman, I have been into many motorcycle shops where the staff talk to me like I'm a silly female. I have never felt disrespect at Red's.
I bought my Dyna from them two years ago. Every time I go in, I'm acknowledged by name and they know what bike I have. Soon after the purchase, I needed a few adjustments done to the bike. This was done promptly and in one day. I cannot say enough great things about them!!!

I went in to pick up a piece of fuel line when they asked me what type of bike I said Yamaha. At that point they turned me off would not even look to see if they could match the fuel line I had in my hand. Just said we don't do metric. Probably a great place if you own a Harley but if you don't ride Harley they won't even bother to try. Very disappointing.

A diamond in the rough off the beaten path! I bought an '09 Ultra Classic from them a year ago and I got a great deal on the bike! They were very accommodating to me since I was driving over 2 hours to get there, and they had everything ready for me when I got there. If I ever buy another bike, you can bet they'll get first dibs on my business.

Bought my first bike from here a couple years back and they have been my go to since. Good, efficient, honest work. The guys and gals here take the anxiety out of dealing with mechanics by being thorough and transparent with their customers during their business with them. I would recommend anybody who's looking into purchasing a motorcycle or looking to get some service done to Ol' Reds. Whenever issues arose that were out of their control they did everything in their power to quickly remedy the situation and put the customer first. Very much a shop full of employees that love the motorcycle community

Finally a used bike dealership that changed my mind about the ordeal of buying. I found the bike that I wanted without having to drive all over the state. The staff, Matt, Greg and Hannah behind the counter all went above and beyond what I have experienced at other shops. I purchased a quality bike at a reasonable price. Hat's off to Ole Reds, I will recommend them to any one looking to put two wheels on pavement.
