With 22 years of Residential, Commercial, Retail and Hospitality experience in the Interior Design business, Marilyn Reid established Reid Designs, LLC in 2017. Marilyn Reid is an interior designer with 22 years of experience as an artist and project manager. Marilyn first trained as an illustrator, graphic designer, and photographer at the School of Visual Arts before expanding her vision to interior design with a degree from the NY School of Interior Design in Manhattan.
Her strong artistic background and instinct for logistical planning led Marilyn to manage commercial interior design projects at the highest level for Jones Lang LaSalle, CB Richard Ellis, Hudson Group, Brennan, Beer, Gorman Monk Interiors, and The Phillips Group.

This Master Bath was intended to take on a spa look with the seafoam green painted walls and the beautifully adorned vessel sink. The subtle use of warm wood tones in the vanity add to the spa feel and deliver a calming environment intended for true relaxation. The client wanted to adorn her home office windows with this beautiful embroidered sheer fabric in a manner that would highlight the fabrics gorgeous pattern.
