SMD Renovations has a hidden talent, actually it's no secret that we can build spaces that can protect, conceal and most of the time wow those that have the privilege to find them. Whether the hidden spaces we build are revealed or uncovered, they add value and enjoyment for the clients we build them for.
SMD Renovations believes that the basement of a residence can take on a life of it's own. Some spaces are best designed for families, some for entertaining, and yet others for multi purposed - gyms, offices, and even home theaters. Basically the sky the limit went it comes to basements. * Removed improperly installed crooked window, exterior door and storm doors; reframed and reinstalled level, correctly and to code
* Problem solver - when others say it can't be done, Steve thinks it out and finds the correct solution
* Installed new drywall with screws and caulk for secure, no sag longevity
* Applied tape and plaster so smooth most seams only needed very light sanding if any - very talented
