Went in to get my front two tires replaced. Little disappointed to find my cover plate for my rim chipped off 😑 when asked about it they shown me the before pictures of the tires. 1 spare and the other 3. My other original one was in the trunk. Pictures only shown one was chipped off just coincidence that the two i got replaced were chipped off. If you mess up on things wouldn't be bad to just say that but safe to say i won't be coming back for the other tires will be going to Harry's tire. Wouldn't be a bad idea either to take pictures of your rims before leaving your vehicle especially if

Right before driving home to Canada I found a screw in my tire in Minot. Not wanting to drive home with a flat I stopped at Tires Plus. The staff were great and helped me out a lot as we had a scheduled time to get back to Canada. As I am a diabetic when I needed to grab some sugar for a low blood sugar they got a driver to drive me to target and back to get it fixed. Above and beyond Service. They did a great job and we made it home safe and sound!

The most unorganized business I have seen. Communication is terrible with the sales/front people to the tire technicians. Sales staff will tell customers the vehicle will be done by lunchtime or by 5 and then it never gets done. Or they will say it will be done by 5pm and it's not done when you get there. Tire technicians fail to report issues with the vehicle completely. Then change the vehicle report after you tell them it was not on the vehicle report. They do not have appointments anymore so you have to walk in and hope it gets done that day, which causes issues with your own job or what you

Very disappointed! Sales associate had me apply for a credit card that was supposed to give me an additional rebate for tires to come and find out that I couldn’t even use it at any of the tires plus locations. It was a complete waste of time. I didn’t receive the additional $100 rebate and my credit was dinged for nothing and I couldn’t use the credit card when I tried to pay with it even though they suggested on applying for it for the rebate. On top of this I called to verify the day before that I would get the tires installed the next day because I had a long drive there, they advised

Paid $54 just for them to tell me my brakes were fine. I called Nov. 9 2021 and asked for an estimate on brakes and I was told they can schedule a free estimate the next day on Nov 10 2021 at 3:30pm. So I bring it in and get a message at 4:30pm that my vehicle was done with the description of the service saying everything is good with the brakes. So I go pick it up and they charge me the $54 and I told them I was told it was a free estimate on the brakes. Then he tells me that’s only when there is something wrong with the vehicle and you decide to do the service with them and then they will grant

Dropped pickup off at 1:45, they didnt get it in until 6:00(when they close) to start working on it(purchased 4 new tires), it was done in 45 minutes. Which means I got to drive home in the dark with a vehicle that started having issues on the way down. I also have to return it because the tires feel "wobbly", The courtesy driver is wonderful and did all she could to make the long wait bearable.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and the folks down at Tires Plus got me in the same day, offered to drop me off somewhere while I waited and kept me updated via text as to when it was completed. Everyone was kind and helpful and they were able to repair the tire and get me on my way. Customer service is obviously important to them!
