I've worked here for 4 years now... The company was great years ago, but nepotism is extremely ripe throughout the company... So-much-so that it actually interrupts production and profits. Mr. Whelan is very kind... summer and Christmas bonuses (sometimes it's a few dollars, sometimes it's 4 digits). Last year Whelan brought in Dicastal to run our warehouse...everything's been about the all-mighty dollar since then... from Dicastal and Whelan.
