It was (and still is, currently 6 degrees) a cold day for anyone to be out in this crap. All the keys were lost, I was able to generate a key for this 2003 Ford F-150 and program it in. Tim came to the rescue of our daughter when she had no key for her car. He promised to work on the car until he had it ready so she could go to work the next morning. True to his word, he performed the work quickly and in a friendly fashion. We especially appreciated the fact that there was no extra charge for working on Saturday. Thanks, Tim!
