Hendricks was founded in 1930 by Herman Hendricks in Grand Rapids. They originally began by installing cast iron furnaces delivered to homes with a horse and wagon. Gerald's son John, joined the business as a teenager and became a partner with Gerald in the mid-1980's. Gerald's other son Paul, joined the business in the early 1990's.
The brothers operated Hendricks as partners until Paul's retirement in 2010. The company moved to the current location on Chicago Drive, just west of Burlingame, in 2003. In 2010, John's son Jeff DeVries stepped into Paul's place to partner with his dad. Father and son owned the business until Jeff's passing in 2017.

We are a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer of mini split ductless heating and cooling systems. These high efficiency systems are small in size and perfect for individual rooms like additions and 4 season porches. We install high efficiency equipment from American Standard and Luxaire. We also provide maintenance and repairs to all other makes and models of air conditioners and heat pumps.
