The philosophy of holistic health is an approach to life that emphasizes the inter-connectedness of body, mind, and spirit. It is a journey, unique to the individual, to be responsible for making choices that bring balance to all levels of being to create health and fulfillment in their lives. Knowledge is the key, but it is up to the individual to unlock the door and put into practice what is useful to them on their journey.
The main focus of our Events & Special Offers is to present experiential topics and information that allow individuals to explore balance and wellness on the different levels that comprise our total being. Knowledge is the key, but it is up to the individual to unlock the door and put into practice what is useful to them on their journey to holistic health.

I've known Dr. Carns for years. I helped her write her dissertation and study biochem. She is anything but a fraud and is one of the most educated people I know. Her degrees are all posted on the wall in her office as required by NYS law. She is professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She is genuinely invested in the well being of her clients and is constantly seeking to gain more education to use to benefit them. Her staff are excellent as well. I'd recommend her to anyone.

Fran Carns is a gifted healer. I have worked with her for many years and have been impressed with her skills, compassion, and knowledge. She has been invited to speak to medical students and residents at Rochester General Hospital on Holistic Health topics several times and has always been respected and well received. We are blessed to have her in our community.

Great service and care, holistic health is a different and effective approach. I strongly feel that the bad reviews I see are from narrow minded people who don't grasp what holistic health is. She has helped hundreds of families, and that's a fact, not an opinion.

Fran has been an enormous influence in my life. She has been there through all the ups and downs, always compassionate and caring. I love that she is straightforward and always professional and that she helps so many people, stepping up to be of service wherever she can. And the best of all is that she helps people learn to grow and help not only others but themselves as well. What a gift she is!

I had a wonderful experience and will be going back. She was soothing and nurturing while still giving realistic feedback during the entire process. I enjoyed her knowledge of holistic medicine. She made me realize I need to better myself and I want to do that with her guidance. Thank you.

Dr. Fran has had an instrumental impact in my overall wellness journey. Over the last few years, her services have greatly benefited my holistic health and have enabled me to make many positive changes. Both she and her staff are knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
Additionally, she helps many families in the community who are in need; out of the kindness of her heart, without asking for anything in return. She truly cares and I'm grateful for the services she provides -Highly recommend!!

Amazing holistic options for the mind, body and soul. So grateful for Dr Fran and her staff and all they help and continue to help. I have been going to her since 2008 and have brought family and friends there who have also benefited so much.

I attended one of the Tuesday night meetings. I must say that I have been to better guided meditation sessions (her voice is not calming in the least). She shares too many personal stories in her "talk" trying to impress with her native American background. She walks around the room experiencing spirits near people. She mentions a person's name or their relationship to the individual but never together; example: she doesn't say "your sister, Mary is coming through". I feel like this is for people who cannot come to grips with their loss.
