Our reputation is defined by our employees, the caring and skilled staff members who are the foundation of our award-winning communities.

The activities personnel incorporate personal interest activities into a varied and social enhancing schedule.
Good nutrition is vital in maintaining one's health and well-being. Both the meal and the atmosphere in which the meal is served have an impact on our residents' quality of life. Residents look forward to the wholesome meals and interaction with other residents and staff during their dining experience.
Each community is staffed with qualified social workers whose key function is to promote and restore individual psychosocial functions of the residents. Avoid this "nursing home " whether you're looking for a job or to place a loved one. Very dirty & unprofessionally ran. My uncle was here and passed and I also worked here. Out of my 9 years of STNA experience, this is still one of the worst places I've been employed. But it's no secret, Springfield isn't very big and pretty much everybody knows Essex shouldn't even be up & running anymore. Hopefully this helped someone out
