I had a very positive experience from Autopotenza. Gus and team took good care of my E92 M3. I had to wait more than 30 days for a part from Germany due to COVID supply issues, but they were very communicative throughout the entire process. I had them do a complete diagnosis and they found everything on my “someday” list. I got the car back with no more oil drips and my dream car is in top form.

They should close their doors forever and they will instantly be improved. They had my BMW for 2 1/2 months and it had the EXACT same problems as when I dropped it off. They didn't seem to care if I had a car to drive for that time. They lied continuously, they put my car in their overflow storage and didn't bother to communicate with me on the… progress or lack there of. Yes they were apologetic but u was very upset that they didn't care enough to keep me informed about my car so I felt some kind of way. This is the 4th time with 3 different cars and the results were all the same. Dont

Didn’t solve the Main problem I had it in for, front wheel bearing went out while leaving for work one day. I had my car towed there, the ABS and the ESP light came on when it happened. Took them days and for me to call and check on the car just to get a quote to fix my car. They fixed the wheel bearings and ABS/ESP light was still on the dash. I had to take it back 2 more times and they told me the 3rd time that they were going to charge me another $133 diagnostic fee to go any further. I am very dissatisfied with this place and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go. I usually don’t write reviews

I simply needed a honest shop for my BMW, and what I found suprised me. I found a clean environment, friendly staff, and quality workmanship. To boot they finished ahead of time. My older BMW feels brand new, and it didn't break the bank. Thanks guys!

Personal and professional service. Peter did a great job communicating with me and made me feel confident I was getting what I needed (and not getting what I didn't). He put in a lot of effort to get hard-to-find and discontinued parts for my older car and the team got a lot of work done remarkably quickly!

So glad we discovered this place! The location is so easy to get to from Zionsville or NW side of Indy. In a family with 3 German cars it is great to find a friendly shop where we can get work done without feeling like we are being oversold. I've been in twice this week for oil changes on 2 different cars and will be scheduling brake work soon.

They did a break job on my car, front and back. Rotors and all. They had my car done the same day, the pricing is Robert very reasonable, and the service overall was amazing. It’s tough having to take your car for service but they helped ease the anxiety. I was running a little behind to pick it up so they waited after hours so I can get my ride!! They are going to be my mechanics from now own!!!! Make sure you take your vehicle there, you won’t be disappointed at all!!

The owners are great! They are very informative, and I don’t have to call them 20 times before they call me back. I got in the same week for an appointment for my AC. After I got the work done I called around to a few other shops and their prices were very competitive to the shops I called! You should go see Peter and Rusty! Tell them I sent you!

Recently had leveling shocks replaced with regular shocks a week ago. Just drove home due bad weather but seems to be fine. The professional courtesy to give me a proper understanding and the willingness to spend quality time with me in sharing many other helpful strategies is very much appreciated. Difficulty to find a place of business that just see a dollar when you drive high end cars or any car for that matter. I took my Benz CLA 250 for its "B Service." The two men there are professional, friendly and the shop is clean. Since my car just ran out of its manufacturer warranty, I was looking for a reputable mechanic that took pride in their work on foreign cars without seeing $$$$ signs and an opportunity to over price me. After looking at the reviews of this N.W. location, I decided to give them a try.
The service was excellent! The "B service" was at least $200 cheaper than the Mercedes dealership. I'll be taking our other Benz their for ongoing maintenance.
