Ben Lehwald was the sales rep that took care of me throughout the entire process. He was extremely friendly and also knowledgeable about the Tiguan I purchased. Jennings customer service has gone down hill in the last couple of years. First off my service appointment I made for last month somehow never went through which then I had to make a new appointment and then I received a phone call a week later for a request I had made which I did not inquiring about a new vehicle

My wife and I just bought a certified pre-owned VW Touareg TDI from Jennings and it was a very pleasant experience. Well worth the 2.5 hour drive from Wisconsin to get it! Our sales person, Mario, was great to work with and very accommodating. No high pressure or big sales pitches. He even sent back the glove that fell out of my pocket while on the show room floor. All the others who helped us through the purchase were just as accommodating...Nick, Dave, Erik & Stacy, who is expediting the registration mailing. A big thumbs up for Jennings VW!

Super easy and painless shopping process at Jennings, unlike some of the competition out there. Nick was incredibly patient with me throughout the entire process, never pressuring me and maintaining a calm demeanor the entire time. I don't know what happened to this place. It doesn't deserve 1 star. It used to be top notch. The service used to be outstanding. I have bought several VWs from here, and I am a long standing customer. Today I took my car and my fathers car in for an oil service. I had a 10:30 appointment. At 12:30 they say one car is done and the other will be another 30 mins. This is for an oil change. So, we agree to come back for the second car. When we do, they refuse to take my VW service credit card. When I was told I don't have any other way to pay, and that earlier in the week I was told

I had the best car buying experience I've EVER had thanks to Jennings VW! This past week has been super busy and overwhelming for me, so when I contacted Jennings to end the lease on my 2018 Tiguan early and swap into a newer model, I stressed the importance of not spending my Saturday at a car dealership for hours. Brought my Volkswagen in for a diagnosis and paid $155 for the (supposed to be Volkswagen experts) to tell me the wrong parts to replace. Took their diagnosis report to my own mechanic who changed those exact parts and that did not fix the issue. After I reached out to the service manager about my complaint and requested a refund of the $155 he refused. Definitely do not recommend this dealerships service department at all.

Not sure why I only gave 4 stars before, because Jennings VW is the best! And, once again, Arek came through for us! We went to Jennings after having a TERRIBLE experience at Zeigler Chevrolet Schaumburg. And it was like night and day. Everyone at Jennings VW was professional. Everyone adhered to the COVID-19 precautions. And everyone went out of there way to make sure we got the car we wanted for the best deal. We ended up buying a pre-owned car that day.
