If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s been nearly A YEAR trying to get in contact with the supervisor at this location over a face infection they caused. Every time I call I always get forwarded to their call center who always takes down a note to send them with a callback number, OR they finally answer and they say the supervisor isn’t there. Not ONE call back from over 30 calls. I’ve even sent them emails. I even used their text Help line and haven’t even received any response from that too. They are deliberately ignoring me. I tried to resolve it peacefully, sent them documentation as

This place does a phenomenal job in delivering excellence. I came to this place phone my dad's consultation about his hair. Their staff does an incredible job consulting you and guiding you through the whole process. The person who was helping me was named Liliana. She does a great job taking you from a to Z. I would absolutely recommend Prestige Med to anyone looking for Dysport. Tracy W. does my injections seamlessly and the results are absolutely incredible.
Prior to going to Tracy at Prestige, I've been to other med spas where I have left with welts/bruising and the results were only half as good.
Also, Tracy does an excellent job at putting me at ease before each injection (distracting me by asking me travel questions) and has an unwavering positive attitude.

This review is for Tracy. I have been seeing Tracy since 2015 for Botox and filler and I absolutely love her and the work she does. She has always taken the best care of my face. Prestige med is great! This aesthetics spa is my go to and I drive all the way from Mill Valley to come here. Their work with fillers never disappointment, along with their customer service. Shout out to Liliana for making my experience even more pleasant. Only down side is that every time I come, it is about a 10-15 minute wait. Other than that, I recommend prestige med to everyone

I saw a friend who had her lips filled by Dr. Joe and she looked so youthful after. He suggested I use a little more than we used last time to achieve what he thought would look best for me based on how much I loved my friend's results. The results are amazing! I'm very happy with my lips. Dr.Joe has done an exceptional job when giving me botox… and fillers. He always asks me how I liked what we did the last time so he can adjust as needed. My experience is always great at Prestige med. The doctor is an aesthetics genius and you can never go wrong by going with him. Lilliana in particular helped me tremendously by answering all of my questions regarding dysport, Botox and xeomin. Loved the Nurse practitioner here. She really takes the time to explain the procedure(s) and what she thinks would be the best result. I was completely amazed how she knew the amount of botox/ filler would be best for me. I absolutely LOVE my results and that's why I continue to comeback. Five stars!!!!!

I love Prestige Med!! This was my first time at this Medspa and I will be returning. I came in with a Groupon and this was my first time getting Botox so I was a little nervous. Liliana ensured me and made me feel comfortable going into my service, leaving me with a great first impression. It only has been a few days since so I am still waiting for the Botox to kick in completely. Would 10/10 recommend this place however on customer service!

Cool, good for you, but maybe just reschedule them for another time so you can respect others time. Not to mention the weird vibe I got from him and the team. Some rude comments and weird attitudes. I just have to share my experience at prestige, this was my first time there and Tracy Walthour was the one I was lucky enough to have work on what I needed done, she knows her stuff, very gentle, extremely knowledgeable throws in a bit of humor when needed, I recommend Prestige and HIGHLY recommended Tracy, I even need to give kudos to the receptionist very sweet and welcoming
