My go-to for many years when I need service on my PC! Responds to my call for service in a very timely manner. Technicians take the time to listen to me regarding the specific problems I am experiencing with my computer. Technicians always explain what steps will be taken to determine what "demons" have invaded my computer and what steps will be taken to get rid of the problems!

These folks were simply wonderful. Spilled something in work laptop. Took it there. Cleaned it up diagnosed the problem, Had to order a new keyboard. Set me up with temporary key board which allowed me to keep working. Were very timely in keeping me updated about what is going on. I dealt with Nikki on the phone and in the office and then Mathew when he had questions or needed to tell me things. He emailed and called. In short, kudus for RAM-Tech and especially for Nikki and Mathew. They both personable, professional and polite. Thanks

My husband and I have used RAM-tech for several years for all of our computer needs. We have never had a complaint. We feel that the guys there are men of moral character and we trust them explicitly with our computers. We have found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, timely, affordable and professional.
