Found this place on Yelp! It's very hard to find a body shop that is trustworthy, but I just did. My side mirror broke and I needed to get it fixed. I went in and Hugo took care of me. As a female, and an easy target for a body shop to take advantage of me, this DID NOT happen here and it was such a relief.
They fixed my mirror in minutes, and didn't rip me off! Thanks guys, you have a customer for life now. Dear Hugo and Jess, we love you! The work you did to repair both of our left side doors and side paneling has been tremendous. Not only did you do a superb job you were both extremely courteous to our time restraint.

Jess and Hugo provide exceptional customer service and top notch work. My Honda Fit was rear ended and I was unfamiliar with the insurance process. Jess patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and issued me a quote. They worked with my insurance company on the additional damage. Hugo kept me updated and showed me all the work that was done. My car looks better now than before the accident! They will be my go to autobody shop from now on. Hugo and Jesse are amazing! After backing up into a wall and scrapping up my rear bumper and breaking my tail light, they fixed everything, buffed out the rest of the scratches on my car and gave me back a car that looked new. They even came in under their estimated price. They are friendly and communicative and were so fast! I cannot recommend them enough.

Working with Jesse was an absolute pleasure! I had my car stolen & luckily I got it back w/some body damage & needing a place to take it & have it looked at. I was refer to them by a co-worker. From the get go, they were very easy to work with. Not only w/me but also w/my car insurance. They made sure that everything was address properly & they directly dealt w/my insurance. I got my car back w/in 2 weeks as good as new. Jess who was my contact at the shop even opened the shop 15 minutes earlier so I can get my car & get to work on time. Who does that? They turned a bad experience to a positive outlook. Thanks Castle

VW GTI had a cracked taillight that needed replacing immediately. Jess was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Worked with me to get the part quickly and car finished while waiting. I knew that cost of the part and the time it would take to replace going in. Price quote was spot on so no games.

Can I get a 6th Star! No joke, I would like to spend more time at Castle Auto Body. These dudes are the best of what Los Angeles has to offer. Meeting people like Hugo and Jess makes everything better. Porsche Cayenne Turbo with dings and rim rash and wanted to make it look new and they did it and it did not cost anywhere near what I thought it would. Car looks perfect. Use these guys for auto body work. Went to DC Auto in Burbank before, they were OK, took forever, cost what you expect, never going anywhere but Castle now.

I called recently and spoke to a friendly man named Jess. I was panicked at work, had just hit a parked car, and I was wondering if I could send him pictures of the damage and get a rough estimate. He said I could send him pictures but that it might be hard if I don't know the year/other info about the vehicle.
After I sent him the pictures, he called me back within 30 minutes. He told me he went through the company's database to find the closest match to the car to give me a more accurate estimate. He explained everything to me and that would have already been more than enough!! But

After reading other reviews here, I decided to pay these guys a visit. I'd displaced the front left cosmetic bumper on my Toyota Camry. I'd only come in to get an estimate and before I knew it, my bumper was fixed in less than 15 minutes. Fair, fast, friendly service! I hope I don't need more body work, but if I do, I'm returning here for sure.

These folks are fantastic and I highly recommend them. I made a mess of my car, scraping the side of it. They gave me a fair estimate, were very honest about everything they were doing and how long it would take. The result is beautiful and my car looks new. Jess and Hugo were incredibly friendly. They worked well with my insurance and with the rental car place nearby. They kept me up to date throughout the process. If you have to go through something like this, this is the place you want to go.

What a terrific experience. I would highly recommend Castle to anyone who needs work done! I stopped in kind of last minute and needed some help with my car and Hugo and his team were super accommodating and did prompt, quality work. Everyone there was so nice and I was really pleased with the service.

What can I say, these guys are the best! Hugo, Jess and the team there are super friendly, helpful, professional, and do amazing work. I had a nasty deep scratch across the bottom of my bumper and when I picked up the car again it looked as good as new. Definitely recommend them and will be coming back for any other issues, they're a class act!

Where do I even begin? I can not say enough great things about Hugo, Jess, and the entire crew of Castle Auto Body! As a young woman, I have often anxiously anticipated getting any sort of work done on my car, as I have experienced many shops that take advantage of the younger generation! Been coming here for years and don't know why it's taken me so long for a review ! Hugo, Jess and all the mechanics here are AMAZING ! Unfortunately I've Brought over 5 cars here for repairs and never had a complaint ! They always make sure I get a rental if needed and always do extra repairs if your car needs them without hesitation ! Love this place and you guys ! Thank you again !

Brought our car here after being involved in a 0% our fault accident. Everyone here was great they took care of everything including dealing with insurance company that was covering the repair. Couldn't be happier with the work or the customer service at Chaperone. I will recommend them to anyone who needs body work.

Can confidently say this is the best auto body shop in all of LA. I went to 5 different shops in LA looking to get a quote for some serious front end work. I went across all of LA to check out different shops, from Culver City, Mid City, and Echo Park - until I found Castle Body Shop. I took my car in and Hugo had no problem taking an extensive look at the car, even going out of his way by removing parts (and putting them back on at no extra charge) to make sure he did an accurate quote. Not only was his quote very accurate and there were no surprise charges, but his turnaround time and work on

Words can’t express how much I appreciate the people at Castle Auto Body. I had some very minor (but very ugly looking) damage on my car, and they were able to get me in same day and had me back on the road within an hour. I had my 3 year old niece with me adding to the stress, but Hugo, Jeff, and Veronica were so kind and sweet that it made a stressful situation very pleasant. I left the shop with a brilliantly fixed car and a big smile on my face! Cannot thank them enough. I’ll be sending family and friends to this shop as long as they’re around! Thanks again Castle!!!

Hugo and his crew are fantastic at what they do at Castle Body Shop. I took my car into several places before I came to Hugo. I was so overwhelmed, but Hugo spoke to me with respect and kindness and educated me about my car and what he would do to repair it. He was honest with me and gave me a very good estimate. There really is no other competition for body repair, in my opinion.
