My husband has been going here for years. So when my computer was running super slow, he suggested them. I'm glad he did! They installed a solid state drive. Now my computer is much quieter and faster. Price was reasonable and I got it back the next day. Hubby was right on this one. Will def use them again!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
I had this company come out and install a security system in home. The installer incorrectly installed one of the cameras and shorted the line out. I showed Henry and he agrees that the installer causes the issue, however told me that they would have to charge me for coming out and correcting the issue that was their fault!

Had a good experience with this company. Dave Downs was very quick to answer my request for a bid. He said he'd check out the property at a certain time and day to give a firm quote and he did exactly what he said. He also gave a firm time on when work would start and showed up when he said he was going to.
Dave and his apprentice Austen completed the job on the same day. Both were able to answer my questions and were able to work with the camera equipment I had already purchased.
I will be adding more cameras in the future and will 100% be offering the job them first.

I have had security/surveillance on my last 4 homes over the years through several different companies and CSI has been by far the best overall experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t try to “up sell” me on things I didn’t want or need but made sensible suggestions that worked perfect for my home. My installers went above and beyond in 90 degree plus heat to make sure I was happy with my install... GREAT JOB GUYS and thank you

I recently came in not expecting much from this store but was VERY pleasantly surprised. I purchased a GPS tracker and it has served its purpose extremely well and I have not had any complaints after owning it for several months now. The assistance from Henry was excellent and he helped me through the setup process over the phone and while I was in store. Very cordial and welcoming people.
