Dave started his career working with Annapolis Sailing School and Annapolis Boat Shows as a marketing director upon graduating from the University of Maryland. With locations and events across the country, this group of businesses proved to be a fantastic, hands-on marketing training ground. From that position Dave launched what would become The Cyphers Agency in 1989.
