Had a parakeet with a terminal condition. Called every vet in orange county and was turned away for 3 days straight while all I wanted was to help end the suffering of my little bird. While the vet isn't an avian specialist, she understood the situation and got me an appointment in an hour to help our little friend end her pain and move on to a better world. I will be forever thankful, as I couldn't stand another helpless moment watching her in agony.

The team here is phenomenal. They stayed late on a Friday night to perform an emergency surgery on my dog. This not only saved me from getting raked over the coals at a 24 hour emergency vet, it likely saved her life. We have always loved this vet, but this service was above and beyond. I would recommend this in a heartbeat.

Love the people here! they have gone above and beyond helping us care for our furry kids, and are always accommodating and helpful. I honestly feel like we are working together for their well being which is more than Ive gotten at most places. They truly care about your pets, they are basically like our family doctor.
