Called and asked for an estimated time of arrival for my location on initial call ... the response was an angry employee yelling that " This is not an emergency transport company ". When I explained that it was just a question not an emergency the yelling continued but i was already in the proccess of disconecting the call. Verry unprofessional.

His drivers (Greg) so called manager is nothing but a Flirt always trying to get with women I told him I was in a relationship but he didn’t care. I just wanted to get to my destination as fast as I can I felt so uncomfortable. I will not use this service again I told the owner an FCC he just brushed it off😡
