I learned about elite through the AAA guy that came to help start my BMW I told him I was looking for a place I could trust that knew how to truly work on BMW I stopped by first to ck them out before trusting my 2001 car to them I was so impressed I decided to try them out. They have been so great with maintenance & repairs on my mini Cooper! I feel comfortable with their diagnostics and believe they are honest. I've taken my mini Cooper to Elite for years, and can't imagine trusting anyone else to be fair n do excellent work like they do. They have a customer for the life of my current mini Cooper, and my next mini cooper. Thank you for such friendly and excellent work !

I was referred to Elite Auto by another auto shop that didn’t handle foreign cars. I have nothing but great things to say from the minute I went in.
The friendliness, the customer service was second to none! I never felt like I was being “taken” like sometime I do when you go see a mechanic.
They ran a diagnostic test and as it appears the issue should be covered under my warranty. They could have easily charged me. But they wanted to save me money.
I will bring my car to the dealer for this repair. Then I’m done with them. Elite Auto will be my go to for any auto service needs.

We have been customers of Elite Motor Works and Jamie for several years. We both drive BMW’s and they keep our cars (2008) and (2012) in excellent working order. My experience today demonstrated the quality team members they hire. I lost my diamond wedding band and I wasn’t sure where it was. I determined it was possible it was in my car, which I had just delivered to Elite for service. I found Elite Motor Works by looking at reviews and everyone who raved about the service was correct. They performed the routine service and found an issue that needed repair. They worked with my extended warranty company with no complaints and loaned me a car that frankly was nicer than my own. Overall great experience and I will be using them going forward.

Appointment made days in advance for review of some concerns with Mercedes Benz. I explained over 75% of the problems that they were to look into. Yet to see car, they had to perform diagnostic testing which cost $79 dollars since I was a new customer. Fine, dropped off the car 8am and got the car back at 3pm. They held the car all day and gave me a fancy report that showed 3k worth of work with 75% of the things I had told them already. Upon research noticed how they marked up prices double the national averages for the same work. So decided to take my business else where but not before they could
