David rented our home for us, we live out of state. He screened the renters well and found great renters. We then decide to sell and listed the home with David. Being out of state, David took of all the repairs and sold the home for asking price. But, what I really liked about David, he communicated every step of the way. Horrible experience with BOTH Mrs. Steele and David Steele. Called to ask them for help with a rental property THEY MANAGE that had waist high grass in spots, and repeatedly does not cut their grass. Mrs. Steele lies to me and said their grass was always cut, then said she would ride by and check. 7 days later nothing had changed. Scared of snakes entering my property from shady residence, I called a week later only to be brushed off and dismissed by Mrs. Steele- so I called David and he YELLED at me "I am at the dentist and don't have time for a 20 minute rant..."(after he answered
