Scam artist. Bids a job , sells from the home that he was paid to Demo, makes a deal, then steals the property and backfills with garbage. His employees ( all ex- cons) very unlikely licensed, also caught stealing by me , property that I had purchased. To top it all off, did not return my personal check , after he took my cash instead! When asked about returning the check , told me to cancel it. A total idiot! Currently in litigation.
