It is the responsibilty of the person or organization renting inflatable equipment from iJUMP Party Rentals to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avaoid injury to people or damage to the inflatables. Only one - two children at a time on inflatable. All units have mandatory regulated instructions on the side of unit, that the Customers are responsible for following.

I am writing this review a little late but here is goes. I was seriously surprised after all the good things I'd heard and read about them that I had such a lousy experience.
I rented a water slide for July 4th, in advance and even had it paid in full days prior to the party. A hurricane came through that weekend and we were all recommended to cancel our contracts because their insurance wouldn't cover any damage due to the winds/hurricane. I asked about how the refund would be handled and I was ensured that it would go back on the cards it came off of. Ok, cool. Unfortunate but that's Florida

Ijump has always been our go to for inflatables. Ashley is understanding and always assist us in finding the right combo for our parties. The delivery guys are always polite and hard working. Upon delivery the guys clean and sanitize them and make sure we are satisfied before leaving. Thank you ijump for always keeping our kids parties a blast! Highly recommend this company!

Had a bounce house and slide delivered for our annual Halloween party! Went with iJUMP because of a previous bad experience with another company. This company was great! Unit was clean and dry and all of my Grandkids had a blast! We will definitely be using them again! The installers were fast and clean, they also help us replace a bad breaker which helped a lot!

Our rental was scheduled on the same day they had a huge Spectrum event. Ashley was the best and STILL went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The obstacle coarse/slide made our daughters birthday party a HIT! The kids had a blast and the service was incredible. Thank you iJump, we will 100% be returning customers.

Thank you SO MUCH for making my daughters birthday a hit! We appreciate you all so much! Unfortunately another Company cancelled on us at the last minute, the Owner advertised new slides coming in and we had anticipated renting them but they "had not come in yet". The Owner of the other Local Company was extremely rude and basically told us "Oh Well". I called IJUMP and they were on site within an hour with the most awesome girly slide and my daughter went from crying to ecstatic. The prices were reasonable, the slide was cleaned and they sanitized it in front of us, we just cannot thank this company

I would recommend renting from a different company unless you like disappointing your child. I have never left a negative review before and I never intend to leave one for any other company. Last year, I rented an inflatable, which I paid for and received a confirmation email. It was around the holidays, and the inflatable never showed up. I had called multiple times during that morning, during the day, and the days following with no response until three days later. It took about a month to receive my refund in the mail, and was disappointed to see that they had deducted a paypal fee. When I messaged
