10 years Trainer/Owner of Pride Fitness, I could not be more excited to continue my Career. It is my passion to coach and guide clients to achieve real results! I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My job is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an individualized exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise with every workout.

I am understanding and real, I will push you when you need it most. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing the results you need and want. I have been training with Ryan since March 2021 virtually at home, three times a week, I see great results and overall physical improvement. My goal is to get healthier and stronger with accountability to commit to training in the long term.   Ryan switch program every two months to focus on both balance/ stability and strength, he uses different workout sets to boost variety with new moves.  I can easily finish 10K in one hour without a joint problem now,  workout three-time and running two days per week are a lot for me if this is two years ago, but now I feel more energetic and always look

Ryan is the best personal trainer, all around!
Started back up (after a few years ago- review below) and have lost 10.6 lbs January 20- March 15! I will continue to count down towards my goal of losing 30 to 40lbs.
I honestly thought I would prefer in person vs online, but to my surprise LOVE the online training! I purchased weights, a mat, a ball and am all set for my workout sessions all from the comfort of my home. No distractions or excuses! My plan includes 4 days a week with Ryan online for 1 hour and 3 days personalized cardio on my own.

Been meaning to write this review for a while now. One day I woke up 217 lbs and decided I needed to make a change. Signed up with Ryan and worked out with him 3 days a week at an affordable rate. After telling him my weight / health goals, he not only set up my work outs but also helped create a change in my diet and motivated me to do cardio work on my off days. I first began working with Ryan a couple years ago after completing my first marathon. I had never done any kind of strength training and in 3 months he had me in the best shape I’ve ever been in. I dropped over 15lbs while increasing muscle mass. More recently I began working out at home more and have been working online with Ryan. It has been great! Personalized plans geared to goals I have using the equipment I have at home. It makes it easy to get up and workout early without having to wonder what I should do each time. Thanks Ryan!

I met Ryan at the Kailua night market and was so impressed with him that I scheduled a consultation and signed up for several one on one sessions. I've always worked out but he changed my entire routine and I have never been stronger and more fit after working out with him for the past three months. Look no further, you've found your trainer. Ryan is amazing! From custom meal plan creation to nutrition advice on the fly, he made it easy for me to modify my eating habits. Workouts are great, hard enough to push me but not to defeat me. His other clients are awesome and it's a very comfortable environment. I truly felt a difference within 2 weeks and continue to feel (and SEE) a difference every week.

After a serious illness in 2018 that left me unable to do anything except sit and read or sleep, I became desperate to get back to feeling “alive”’. I saw a review of Pride Fitness in Kailua, and all of a sudden I realized that I needed a personal trainer who could tailor my workouts to me specifically. I have been working out under Ryan’s supervision for almost 3 months, and it’s wonderful to feel “alive” again. He is also helping me with my diet so that I can lose fat and build muscle. Ryan is the best! After recovering from a broken wrist earlier this year, I needed to work on regaining my strength and decided to work with Ryan as my personal trainer.Not only have I regained and increased my strength, I gained muscle tone, improved cardio and have more energy than before I began training. He customized my workout routines and on the days I don't go into the gym, i am able to do my same workout at home which greatly increases my ability to keep up with my schedule. Some people don’t need or want a personal trainer to help them achieve and maintain their fitness goals—but I do!!

Ryan Kridel at Pride Personal Training is the most effective personal trainer I have worked with.
