These guys rebuilt a gear stiebel gear box for my company for $7000. I was told I would be given a 12 month standard warranty that cover all internal parts. The gear box failed after 4 months of use and we maybe had 300 hours on the box. I sent them the gear box back for the warranty and Jerry the owner told me he was not going to cover it and that he would actually charge me $8000 this time since materials have gone up. I asked why and he said "well I don't know what you guys have done to this gear box since its been installed."

I know the Churon's for the last 22 years, they've rebuilt most all of my rigs in that time, everything from hydraulic pumps to making me new ring gear sets.

Great service! These guys came by and picked up our broken gearbox at no charge (2 hour travel time). After they evaluated the gearbox (which was badly damaged) we decided to purchase a new one instead of repairing the old one. Even though we elected not to have the gearbox repaired, Churon Co brought our old gearbox back to us at no charge for travel or the evaluation. We will definitely keep these guys in mind again for our next repair.

Churon company is really the best company for gearbox repairs we had a large Falk 2185Y2 gearboxes that went down on us over the easter weekend and the rexnord renew facility had a very long delivery time so I contact Churon company told them that we was in major break down so Nick Churon came down with with a truck and pick up the gearbox completely rebuilt the gearbox with a remanufactured gear set reline and rebored the housing and delivery it back to my facility in little over a week they have free pickup and delivery and there prices are better then new I Highly recommend them and will definitely

I have done bussness with these guys for years. They are a third generation company and I have had the pleasure of dealing with all three guys, Steve, Jerry and Nick. It gets really hard sometimes keeping a fleet of foundation drill rigs running so when we need gears, shafts and sprockets, and the OEM is out of stock and on back order for 2-3 months, we have to solve the problem.
