Went through the auto car wash ripped my tonneau cover on my truck and have tire monitor light on. The vacuum just about picks the vehicle off the ground. Show them and said they don't know what to tell me ? Genesee st. Location.

The carwash has stopped while I was going through and I had to honk my horn for someone to come out. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I called to let them know but the lady on the line at the car wash didn't really seem to care. Never said she was sorry about that but said sometimes these things happen. I get a little panicky when things like this happen and I told the lady that.

By far my #1 place to throw away all of my thrash anytime day or night. vacuums are convenient w good suckin power but aren’t on 24/7. decent wash little pricey

This car wash always does a great job with my car! I have a monthly subscription, and it's super easy to pull through and get my car sparkling! I do wish they were open just a little later, as I swear it's literally always 7pm when I realize I need to take my car to get washed, but besides that they're wonderful! I love that they have locations all over the city too!

The car wash does the trick and the wax seems to hold up well. I bought a pack of washes for the summer so I can keep my friend's truck looking good. The controls and interface are clean and easy to use.

I have a membership here i love it only thing is Sometimes Because of the way my suv is shaped it dose not get ill the soap off the back. Its a 2019 Chevy trax. But the people are very nice. And they work hard even during these hard times. They are heros and I hope they are getting paid like one

I love this place especially the new one on North Street and Grand Ave but the Grand Ave one a couple of the vacuum cleaners don't work that good that's my only complaint but I'm glad the new ones open go back to my old North Street

Totally awesome self-serve car wash I couldn't believe how much $6 gave me in time so many options and each option actually has a function with the proper chemicals for said function every time I go even when it's busy what I also love about it here is the option at the end for the dryer is great for somebody like me on the go I can also drive my car so that spots don't appear

The only premier place to go in Auburn to get your car washed. Went in today to get my wife’s vehicle cleaned before picking her and our newborn up from the hospital. I went through the touchless first and did the $20 deal as I have for the past 7 years. Unfortunately, it didn’t work so well on my car. Went and talked to the employees their and they immediately fixed it and sent me through the brush wash for no charge. Vehicle looks great! It did the trick! There is no other place to go that will do it this good unless you wash your car yourself. Thanks guys!

MY wife and I drove thru the automated car wash on Nov. 17.
Half way into the was the car stopped moving. We were rear ended by the following car causing minor damage to our bumper.
Chris insisted we must have put on the brake causing the problem.
I have been going thru car washes for over 40 yrs. w\o a problem.
Many thanks to Chris for paying the cost of repair.
A fluke accident I presume.

Longstanding car wash business. I live a couple blocks up from this business for over 30 years and watched this business grow. They retain best practices and provide great service to all customers year round. I patronize this business and would recommend this business.

Just paid $18 to run my brand new RAM through the drive thru and didn't even get the dirt off the sides of my truck definitely was not worth the money at all very disappointed

Does an awesome job cleaning the cars. It's not "touch free" but I prefer that. The touch free washes leave road film behind. This wash
gets it all. Plus the people there pressure spray the car before you start to remove mud and bugs.
