I have used Landworks for the last two years for a complete fertilization package for my yard, as well as some irrigation repairs. Their prices are much more reasonable than the red trucks(who we used for 20 years) and the service is better. They always call a couple days ahead to make sure my yard is the way I want it before they perform a service (mowed, leaves picked up) etc. They always text me when they are on their way to make sure my dog is inside. Very personal service. They always make sure to close my gate afterwards. Irrigation employees were very knowledgeable and figured out the problem

Zero stars if I could. Billed significantly over contracted amount. When I asked for an explanation of the charges relative to the contract, my rep refused to provide clarity or any itemization. She wouldn't even answer the question. Corporate doesn't return calls. Dumped debris on my neighbors property. Often workers milling around not working. Disappointing!

Landworks Lawn Services scalped my yard last week - in the heat. I emailed my dissatisfaction with pictures of my lawn two days ago and no one has contacted me. The mower they used had an uneven blade, significant grass clippings that soon turned brown were left, and one area of my yard was not weed wacked. Consequently, I have spent a lot of time watering my front lawn to bring it back. My side yard still looks horrible. I did not experience a professional lawn care company and do not recommend them.

I have worked with Landworks for about 18 months. They provided significant landscaping and lawn maintenance. Their planning and execution on projects and regular maintenance are excellent. In addition, any differences in expectations have been cleared up to my satisfaction. They are the best in this region and an extremely professional team.

Made an appointment a few days prior to meet at my house at 5:15 pm to estimate a bunch of paver work. I took off work early to meet the guy. At 5:20, the guy calls and informs that a part-time mechanic called in sick, so he'd be late. He called at 6:30 and said he still had four crews out and couldn't be over until much later, if at all. While I appreciate the calls to "let me know", I have no plans to become a customer of Landworks. If they have such little regard for their potential customers time, imagine how they would treat a customer after getting some of their money
