I am Biannca, I'm a wife, mother, active duty Marine and Master Trainer. I started my love for fitness and training in 2013 during the recovery from the birth of my second child. The process was difficult because I was struggling alone to meet the demand of my career's requirement to get back to the standards of high performance within 6 months post labor.
Through consistency and hard work I learned my body and returned performing at my best within a year post-partum. Simultaneously, I obtained my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and I started my path to be become a certified High Intensity Tactical Trainer. I believe performance is both physical and mental therefore, my passion to improve my client's mentally agility is just as important as their physical strength.
