Eric Marshall was born and raised in Springville, Utah. He graduated from Springville High School where he was a multi-sport athlete. After high school, Eric attended Brigham Young University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Humanities with an emphasis in Art History. Following his time at BYU, Eric attended law school at Ohio Northern University.
Every driver has a duty to follow the rules of the road and to drive in a manner to avoid colliding with another vehicle or pedestrian. Unfortunately, in spite of our best effort's accidents happen. In the event that you are injured while driving your vehicle, the law permits you to seek recovery for your injuries, pain, and suffering, lost wages, scarring, disfigurement, medical expenses, incidental and consequential damages.
Many people believe that just because they fell on someone's property that they are automatically entitled to recovery for their injuries. Although that line of reasoning is very logical, it is not always the case.
