My Name is Roy Siegel. I started Mr Nice Guy Handyman Service in 1996. Shortly after starting it, I realized for jobs over $500 the law stated I needed to have a Contractors License. I had 13 years management experience setting up retail clothing stores, so I qualified to take my licensing exams.
These exams covered my knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, Cement work, Painting, Drywall, Framing, Roofing, writing contracts and employment law, In 1997 I took and passed my exams for General Contracting. At this time, Mr Nice Guy Handyman Service employs 3 very talented individuals. Juan Zazueta, who previously worked doing termite inspections and treatment, blesses us with absolutely gifted hands!

So he shepherded them according to the integrity of his heart, And guided them by the skillfulness of his hands. The above Psalm refers to David, shepherd one day, King over all Israel and Judah the next. While we are not shepherds, we do believe in living and working with Integriy, taking great joy in sharing the talents we are blessed with!
This 7 week project transformed this 13X20 patio into a nice kitchen / sitting room that enters into a bedroom with bath! How do you spell retirement income? This was the removal of a 3 x 8 foot window in an exterior wall. After we took it out, we reframed the opening and made it into a nice 36 wide door -- oooo nice!
The bathroom below was a tub in its last lifetime. The 2nd story bathroom had sunken over an inch from the toilet to the right. We had to re-frame the floor to bring it back up to level. When investigating WHY it sunk we found the 4x8 post holding up the floor was termite eaten and we had to replace t he post to keep the 2nd story on the 2nd story.
