Paladin Dermatology is making patients rethink their perceptions of a dermatology practice. If you're a human being and know when you're encountering a condescending and disingenuous front desk worker, then please avoid this place at all cost.
I never made it past the lady (Dalene) above and I attempted twice. Today's attempt was unsuccessful because , "You are late by 1 minute beyond are 15 minute timeframe!"
Had I not gone back to my car to retrieve my mask, I would've been on time.
Didn't waste my time explaining knowing that she was being sarcastic and condescending.
The first time was when I went in person to schedule an appointment and the same

Most unprofessional place I have ever been. I had made an appointment with Paladin over half a year ago and got to the Midlothian location for my scheduled appointment, waited for an hour, and no one even opened the door (which was locked). After that, they said they would get someone to call me back to reschedule, but no one ever did. Fast forward, I make another appointment with their Petersburg location and I bring my brother who is an adult because I am a minor. It would have been impossible for my appointment with Margaret Constante to go any better! She has a wonderful personality, was courteous and explained everything she was doing as she went along. Her exam was so explanatory and thorough, it rivaled my annual physical by my primary care physician. Her professionalism and knowledge has got to be unsurpassed in her field. I visited this dermatology clinic last summer and had a great experience. Recently visited this July for some help with a painful medical emergency. I was able to go in that day and be seen. I had a great experience with the PA. They were sending my tests off to the labs, and I should hear from them in about 2 weeks (long wait time because of COVID, which was fine). Well 2 weeks pass and I don’t hear anything. Things have gotten worse, and the pain was excruciating. I went for a second opinion elsewhere, as I needed some relief ASAP. Excellent Service from the minute you are at their door while they phone screen you for COVID-19 as a precautionary first step into their clean welcoming office after Chesterfield Town Center, Midlothian, VA.
Dr Mana Ogholikhan MD examined me & even fixed my face mask for me. A thorough well-explained unrushed office visit with Dr M Olgolikhan.
The Medical Assistant Carmen was delightful & compassionate& professional. The two front desk staff female employees Letisha&Sharon were wonderfully efficient & welcoming too. They even had 2 large sanitizer bottles in visible view

I took my daughter (a 37 year old woman with Down Syndrome) to Paladin Dermatology in their new office in Chesterfield. I was absolutely bowled over by how friendly, efficient, and thorough they were. Lori Wood PA-C saw her, diagnosed her conditions, prescribed medications, and gave us medication administration instructions that we hadn't known about in over 25 years of using the medications. Everything about this visit was fantastic! I would give 10 stars if I could.

The staff all seem friendly and helpful. They'll tell you the accept your insurance & then send you a large bill for the services. The visit was a quick check and hey there was done.
I will not be back here nor recommend anyone to this deceptive & misleading office. They'll tell you they accept your insurance to deceitfully get you to come in & then bill you for services. If I had a Zero rating I would give it.

I have been to Paladin for myself as well as my daughter. Under both circumstances our care was great. We were able to be schedule within a timely manner and left with an appropriate diagnosis and plan of care. I have also seen Lori Wood PA for cosmetic procedures. She is very skilled and knowledgeable in this area, and her expertise is obvious. Great job Paladin staff!

The 1st time I called their office it was at around 11:50 am. I was scheduled with a same day appointment and was seen by a doctor within 1.5 hours! Dr. Hendrick is THE BEST!!! I wish he was a PCP as well because he would CERTAINLY be my doctor! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. ABSOLUTELY the best doctor's office I've ever been to. I've already recommended Dr. Hendrick to 3 family members and I've only been out of the office for 2 hours.

Dr. Lori and her staff are amazing!!! No "wait and see" with her! She aggressively treats potential cancer. I had a biopsy on my first visit. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. I had to bring my grandson to one visit and the ladies were patient and sweet to him. If I could give Paladin Dermatology and Dr. Lori more than five stars, I would! Thank you! You are awesome!
