Jason has been involved in construction since the young age of 17. He began working after school and on weekends building garages. At the age of 19 Jason was running crews for a local asphalt company. Entering into his early 20's, Jason found himself in commercial construction as a carpenter. Within three years he was running multiple crews.
His supervisors witnessed his passion for leading and within two years he was promoted to general superintendent. Entering into year six with the same company, Jason was promoted again to lead sales/estimator. Once again, his passion to excel and lead shined through and he doubled the company's sales volume in the first year.
