To retrieve your item, just pay off your loan. Of course, should you need more time, we offer extensions and renewals, as permitted by law. If you choose to surrender your collateral, there is nothing further you need to do. You are free to not pay off your loan without judgment or any impact on your credit score.

The Product Protection Plan is an optional product we offer in exchange for a fee on many purchased items that allows you to return an item for up to 6 months from purchase. In order to be returned or exchanged, a covered item must be in the same condition in which it was purchased and all accessories present at the time of purchase must be present at the time of the return or exchange.

The pawnbroker named Paul who works there is a swindler I brought a high-quality watch in and after he saw how much it was worth and he tried to lie and tell me that it was not made out of what it said it was made out of so I would not suggest going here and less you want to be treated poorly or taken advantage of
