I applied for an apartment at the International Village Apartments in Schaumburg on August 31, 2021. As of today, September 14th, my application is still pending and my move in date is supposed to be set for September 20th. I have received the WORST customer service from account manager, Katie Caravello that I have experienced in my life. She is extremely rude and doesn't talk to people with respect. She has made this process extremely difficult and drawn out. Every piece of information that she has requested, I have provided in the matter of minutes and she still has an excuse as to why she
