It has great benefits, great pay. The break room has free coffee and tea. They train you well for a week. Its not too hot to work.The only thing I didn't like was the lead, she won't help you, instead of training you, she yells at you. If you're busy some people won't help you, management doesn't say anything to help others. There are times people just stand there when their machine is down.

I worked in the Tool Room for a very short time, and everyone I worked with was very cool. The managers were nice, the employees were nicer (based on the fact that I saw the employees daily and not the managers) ; and I couldn’t say anything better about the company. The owner is always there, front and center, making the place awesome! My lead personnel was top notch, very informed, and only my inability to work weekdays prevented me from staying. Apply for a job, show up everyday, and you’ll retire happy. 😁
