I hesitate to even leave a great review for JNH Electric - he's a hidden gem in the Minneapolis area! But we had a fabulous experience so fair is fair.
I just relocated to the Minneapolis area in May, 2021. Not until we got some significant rain in August did I realize there were some issues with the electrical in/leading to the garage. After rain, or heavy watering on the lawn, the power to the garage would cut out - the breaker tripped and we'd have to reset it. Eventually the fuse blew and I knew we needed some pro help.

Not sure about the two negative reviews (considering one is in Washington, D.C.?). I live in Richfield, MN and have used Jon twice now and have ZERO complaints. He completely replaced our electrical box after a storm issue for a price that a couple with a small child can actually afford. If you want a reliable and very reasonably priced electrician, Jon is your guy. He even came out in a days notice because I had something I needed done ASAP before a city inspection. I am not much of a review writer but after what he did this week I had to let others know my experience and hopefully they will

John had a bad attitude when doing our electrical wiring. He was at our house all day and left all of his garbage including his McDonald's lunch in our basement. He replaced the electrical box and did not label all of the fuses as would have been common courtesy to do so. He was yelling throughout the house while he was frustrated with the electrical wiring. Very disappointed and will not be using him again.

Had JNH out to do a variety of work at my home, including ceiling fan installation, outlet repair, and converting a 220 volt outlet to a 110. John was always punctual and always explained what he was doing and how much and how long it would take him. JNH did great work and we will definitely hire John again the next time we have electrical work.
