Bruce commenced his real estate career in the late 1970's as a commercial broker in Beverly Hills, California. Within a few years, he utilized his meticulous research and understanding of real estate market trends and began investing in real estate with his own capital. He achieved immediate success and created value oftentimes through his ability to navigate complex transactions.
