I placed and order for an item. I was waiting and waiting. It never arrived because it never shipped. I called and the young woman was very polite but found out the item I ordered was not in stock. She stepped in and placed an order for a different item which I agreed to. On 5/20 was told I would have it in 2-3 days. Today is 5/29 and not expected till 6/1 per UPS. IF it arrives, will have been 18 days. This is ridiculous. NEVER again.

Since this disgusting and dispicable woman named Kathleen at the front desk cant listen to constructive criticism on her deceptive practices I AM POSTING TO CAUTION ALL CLEANING COMPANIES. She contacted me as if she was a regular client for an estimate of 2 small offices...via text only which honestly seemed suspicious bc I advertise on CL so I did not follow up or confirm the day prior as I usually would.
