I was referred to James. Called and he answered phone immediately. Made arrangements to meet and go over how I wanted my flight of stairs. James got quotes for materials from two lumber yards promptly. Got materials ordered and started working as scheduled and always on time. Stairs turn out great. Hopefully James will be posting pics of stairs. I Definitely recommend James and I will use him again.
